Fill out this application then click submit at the bottom of this page. Your information will be transmitted via a SECURE server. After you send it, please either e-mail clear copies of your documents to gce@gceus.com, or fax them to 512-388-3174. If you are mailing your documents, please send them to the address listed above. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED ONCE YOU HIT SUBMIT

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE : Some mail clients such as Outlook and web-based email services such as YAHOO.COM, AOL.COM and HOTMAIL.COM seem to sometimes put the files that we send you into the junk, bulk mail, and other mailboxes or folders. Please keep an eye out for this and check all of your mailboxes and folders before contacting us to tell us that you have not heard back from us. Chances are it will be in there. If you do not check those folders and mailboxes your evaluation will be delayed because we will be waiting to hear back from you. On the other hand if you truly do not hear from us within 3 days (24 hours if you paid for rush service), please send an email to gce@gceus.com so we may double check your file. Do NOT call to see if your application was received. It will only delay the process. Send an email only. We will be communicating with you via email. Please check your email and be sure to RESPOND to our questions. We will print and mail our evaluation only if you notify us that the information is correct, so please be certain to do that if you check and respond to the emails that we send to you.

 

THE FOLLOWING MUST BE SENT FOR AN EVALUATION TO BE COMPLETED:
  • Copies of native language documents as well as translations
  • All degree certificates and/or diplomas as well as all of the individual mark sheets and/or transcripts.
  • If you fax the documents, put a cover letter with your name, email address, and phone #, and send them to 512-388-3174. Please include the online receipt which will be emailed to you.
  • If you e-mail the documents please be certain to add your name in the body of the e-mail. Our e-mail address is gce@gceus.com

  • Clear copies of all educational documents may be e-mailed, mailed, or faxed to us at the contact information stated above. DO NOT send this application.
  • English translations must accompany all foreign language documents.
  • All Copies of Documents become the property of GCE, Inc and will be not be returned unless you pay the return document fee.
  • GCE, Inc reserves the right to request original documents for verification purposes.
  • If I submit any incorrect email or postal address to GCE, INC, I understand that my evaluation may be delayed for days or weeks and that GCE, Inc will not be responsible for these delays.

  • I authorize Global Credential Evaluators, Inc. to verify all submitted educational credentials in order to conduct a thorough and professional credential evaluation.
  • I understand that evaluation reports prepared by Global Credential Evaluators, Inc. are ADVISORY, and are NOT binding on any agency, institution or organization that uses them.
  • I understand there will be no refund except as outlined in this application.
  • I understand there will be no refund except the additional rush fee when RUSH service cannot be honored
  • I understand the original application and academic records will be available for five (5) years
  • I release Global Credential Evaluators, Inc. from any liability for damages incurred by me, by my representative, or by any third party, resulting from the use of an evaluation report by me or any third party.
